These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Built In Home Renovations website. They also set out general terms relating to enquiries and quotes. Building work itself is carried out under a separate written building contract, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency. By using this website you accept these terms.
The content of this website is for general information only and may change without notice. You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
All material on this website, including text, design, layout, graphics, photographs and code, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute any material without our written permission.
Any pricing indications on this website are general in nature and are not an offer. Firm pricing is provided only in a written quotation following a site consultation and an agreed scope of works. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to:
All building work is performed under a written contract that complies with the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic) where applicable. That contract sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeframes, variation process, insurance and dispute resolution. Nothing on this website varies that contract.
Images on this website show examples of completed work and the general standard of finish. Individual results vary with scope, site conditions, budget and selections. Images are not a representation that your project will be identical.
Testimonials reflect the experience of individual clients at a particular time. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
